The exercises are adapted for each individual as necessary to suit their particular needs.
During the class we work on creating stability within the body, which will improve your
balance and flexibility, which will help you in many ways. Also these two components
combine results in reduced joint and muscle pain, better posture and ease of movement.

For the time being, Pilates will be offered on ZOOM.
